I just discovered a new website (Fighting Cancer: A Survival Guide) that, after perusing it for only 15 minutes, I know is a keeper.
I jumped around from here to there for a few minutes, tasting bits and pieces of what this website's author, Jonathan Chamberlain, had to say. I read his bio that included the story of his wife's cervical cancer and his down syndrome daughter who died after surgery-related complications. I read the list of books he's written, both about cancer and not. I read that he works as an English teacher. I read about his interest in Chinese culture. I looked at his photos.
Then I scrolled down to the bottom of his main page, where I found an audio talk titled "Cancer and the Four R's," that I listened to. I wish I had the code for this audio talk so that I could embed it into this post. I don't, but all you have to do to hear it (it's only a few minutes long) is go to Jonathan's main page and scroll down until you see it.
Well worth it!
Thanks for this recommendation. I plan to spend some time reading everything he has to say.
