I now have this photo on my Facebook page and my stepmother just told me it reminds her of my father. The greatest compliment of all from her. "He had this funny crooked little smile that made you love him that much more."

I wondered where these photos were. I know what you mean about the insufferability of so much poetry, but I guess that's true about all of our writing too, some of the time. Karen was terrific.
