Have fallen off the blogging wagon but am now climbing back on. I have been and still am swamped with work. Is that a complaint? Not exactly; I know I'm fortunate to HAVE a job. But I am simply stating a fact: I've got too much to do.
As I attempt to juggle the "too much" with my various "healthy lifestyle" activities, "healing strategies" and "monitoring" of my bc status (tests, periodic doctor visits, self-exams, continual reading and learning about what to watch for, what to pay attention to...), well, it's a balancing act.
Right now I'm reading Suzanne Somers' newest book, Breakthrough: Eight Steps to Wellness.
