This phase of Lit Crawl, on Saturday, Oct. 9th, 8:30 to 9:30 p.m., will feature numerous writers, among them:
1) Our own SF Fiction teacher, Josh Mohr, reading from his latest novel, Termite Parade, at the Indie Fiction Extravaganza: Two Dollar Radio, Other Voices Books, and Emergency Press, Casa Bonampak, 1051 Valencia St. Josh's next 9-week fiction workshop begins Sunday evening, Oct. 10th in San Francisco.
2) Our own Berkeley "Intro to Creative Writing" teacher, Aurora Brackett, reading her story "Brother Death" for Eleven Eleven magazine, at Muddy's Coffee House, 1304 Valencia Street. Aurora's next 5-week class begins on Saturday, Nov. 13th, 10:30 a.m.
3) One of our longtime, repeat Writing Salon students, Loren Rhoads (who could easily qualify to be a teacher here, if she ever wanted to be!), reading from her book of her cemetery travel essays, Wish You Were Here. (For ten years, Loren edited the cult nonfiction magazine Morbid Curiosity.)
